SBID International Design Awards 2021 Finalists Announced,

The British and International Interior Design Association has revealed the finalists for its 2021 International Design Awards.

The list includes a host of award-worthy entries, in many areas,

such as interior design, product and fixture design.

From the design scheme,

the materials used and the specific products to the final installation for processing.

The SBID Awards are based on leading design standards, through the supply chain,

in the design, procurement and implementation of outstanding interior designs.

The association evaluated entries for functionality, artistic merit, creative delivery,

and ability to inspire.

So you can highlight the value that expert interior design and expert craftsmanship can bring to businesses,

homes and society at large.

Designs that have a good final impact on the health,

well-being and lifestyle of their users and the environment are considered the best.

The British and International Interior Design Association SBID has

invited the creative community of A&D to participate in this year’s Global Awards programme.

To celebrate the incredible ingenuity, creativity and mastery of the interior design profession,

the Awards provide a global stage for interior designers.

Awards are given for outstanding designs submitted by interior designers, studios and architects.

Plus with independent fixture professionals, product designers, manufacturers,

artisans and manufacturers, visionaries of superior quality, skill and innovation.

The shortlist of finalists for the Interior Design categories identified the following practices:

Zaha Hadid Architects, Hirsch Bedner Associates and Hill House Interiors.

who have provided notable projects for global brands, such as Harrods, Hilton, Marriott Hotels, Coty and Bumble.

Through product design, these practices have showcased some of the latest in-house solutions

from Fisher & Paykel, Cosentino, BORA and Graham & Brown.

This year’s SBID Awards 2021 is set to present outstanding creative talent,

ground-breaking interior designs, and ground-breaking products at its global

and globally respected stage.

Having become an international platform to showcase the world’s best professional design talent,

it encompasses in every category the scope and diversity of the design industry.

In addition to enhanced credibility and invaluable recognition,

the awards represent a unique opportunity to showcase designs to the biggest names

and industry-leading experts across the profession.

The SBID Awards are an opportunity for the creative community in the industry to showcase their best ideas,

and explore beautiful and useful ideas that are seemingly simple, yet complex.

To complete the final stage of the judging process,

the public must vote for their favorite projects on www.sbidawards.com.

Voting is set to close on Friday 10 September at 5pm,

and the annual awards will culminate with a captivating ceremony at London’s newest luxury lifestyle destination,

Nobu Hotel Portman Square on Friday 22 October 2021.

A specially designed crystal trophy, by Sans Souci Glass Deco,

will be awarded to the winning entries.

Participating in the SBID International Design Awards from more than 85 countries around the world,

it recognizes outstanding designs, through interior design, product and fixture design.

It also showcases the world’s best and globally respected design talent every year,

and SBID Award winners challenge design standards.

Winning the SBID International Design Award signifies outstanding achievements in the industry,

recognizing the merit of the deserving winners.
